We got a receipt notice for I-485, I-765, I-130 at the beggining of february. We got a FP code 2 appointment at ASC for the second week of april. I went and took my notice with me and got my fingerprint done (one finger for the work permit). So I have been waiting for the code 3 notice, but what we got was the interview notice for the last week of june. I did recieve my EAD. Well, what should I do? My understanding was that one did code 2 and 3 at the same time. But since I got an appointment notice for code 2, I thought code 3 would soon follow and not the interview notice which is scedule only 5 and half months after receiving the reciepts. So I still have not gotten my 10 fingers fingerprinted. Can one walk-in with the reciept notice for the I-485? Suggestions? I am calling on monday the central information but someone told me we are at their mercy. How long does it take for the FBI?
