Looking for some help.
I have a relative on my wife's side of the family who came to the US from the Phillippines on a K-1 Visa. She screwed up and got pregnate before she left the P.I. She was married but after the marraige she told her new husband she was pregnate and the husband did not want to except the baby and demanded a divorce. They have gotten a divorce and she had the baby. I have a few questions.
1. Since her baby was born in the US can she remain in the US?
2. If so where should I start to get her a green card or whatever she needs to remain in the US.
