My wife came to USA on Fiancee visa 7 years ago, but she changed her mind and never married man who applied for her years ago. We met here and we married 6 years ago. I'm US citizen. What can we do in our situation? We have also US born child already. Tkanks for any advice....

Guess she is lucky the other guy didn't turn her in.
I'm not familiar enough with this to give you good advice, other than do some research here on the forum. Spend as long as it takes searching through past posts.
My guess though is you'll need paid legal assistance to straighten out the mess.
