Here's the situation. I'm currently living and working in China, my fiancee also lives with me. Some time ago we started the process of getting her K1 visa. About a week ago our petition was approved and now we are waiting for her interview.
I've been here in China with her for over 2 years, and since then I have established my own company which is doing quite well. The point is, we are not ready to leave, and it may be sometime before we are ready.
If we delay the interview does that mean we would have to start the whole process again? If so, then would it also be more difficult to get her a visa in the future as well?
