hi ,
My fiance is in US....going to finish his MS this May 2009.
He had been to India...for his spring break..in MArch
During this trip,we got engaged and we have proofs/photos/betrothal certificate signed by both our parents.
We will get married next Jan 2010.He also got placed in one of the big MNCs and will be joining the organization in Jun 2009 .They have filed his H1 this year.
Now he has sent an invite letter from his university..for his convocation/commencement.
it says that "The student's family is expected to attend the commencement ceremony".
the doubt is ..............
the student's family ...will include me and my family(dad+mom+bro) ??
If no, then how can my family process their Visa ...they would like to tour US ...and it would be great if they get 10 yrs multiple entry..as i would eventually settle there!
