IF I am a permanent resident in the US, and I want my fiance to come over.. what is the easiest quickest way:
1. does fiance visa only apply for people who are citizens, or will it apply for people who are permanent residents as well?

2. If I do get my citizenship, then I could apply for the family visa. however, from what I understand it can take 3-4 years to bring a spouse over?

As an Alien permanent resident in the US, how can I bring my fiance over? Is it quickest to marry before I get my citizenship... or wait?
Thanks for all your imput.

Citizens only.

No, at that point you use the fiance visa and bring him over in 90-120 days.

The best way would be to obtain a citizenship, get your fiance on Finace (k1) visa.

The wait time for spouse of USC is also growing (12-24 months approx.) so if you get married, you will have to bring your spouse on K3 visa.
