Hi Everyone! I have my interview on April 26th in Montreal for my IR1 and am feeling a little overwhelmed. I just want to make sure we have everything together! My husband is a US Citizen, we have two kids (who are dual) and one on the way. Our son has a respiratory condition and that is why we are moving...he needs to be in a dryer climate! We want to get him out of BC ASAP...couple questions, hope someone can answer from experience! Thanks in advance!
1. If I have already submitted the I-864 Affridavit of Support, the I-134 and DS-230 do I need to bring completed copies to the interview??
2. Has anyone been able to pick up their passport/visa the same day once approved or do you have to wait and have it mailed?
3. Do the ask about previous visits to the States while the visa was pending?
4. Am I completely freaking out for no reason??
Thanks so much! Bless you guys!!!
