Few questions on Local PCC\'s and time-frame

Hi

I have few questions...
(1) are both local PCC from india and PCC from US consulate required or only the PCC from US consulate will suffice?
(2) what is the approx time frame to get an interview date once the consulate recieves the packet
(3) what is the approx time frame once NVC sends packet 3 to lawyer. I received my packet 3 from NVC last week. What is the approx interview date I\'m looking at.

pcc from US consulate will suffice

dunno about 2 & 3 as my CP case is from the earlier ..check cptracker for timeline for point 2...
