Few questions on eFiling of EAD and AP

Hi,

I am trying to apply on line for AP and renewal of EAD. I have few doubts:

A# : whether we should enter it as Axxxxxxxxx or just xxxxxxxxx.

On part 1 of AP, what is 'Class of Admission':

on Part 3: what is 'Date of intended departure: (Month/Day/Year)' and 'Expected length of trip'.

(When my attorney filed my papers for AP alongwith I485, he has written ''sometimes in 2003 and 2004' for first question and 'about a month' for second question. But in eFile form, there is no provision to write such descriptive answers.

This may not be important, but he filled family name in Upper Case and first and middle name in the normal fashion. Are we expected to write the same way.

Answers to these querries by Gurus, will help me in eFiling my EAD and AP.

------ how you entred US last time, if on H1 then write H1, On cover letter also write that CLASSOF ADMISSION: I last entred on US on H1 or H4 and my I-485 is pending and my status is AOS pending(it will clear the mess this question has created for many

------- write ANy date after 1 month and any time to be our like 6 weeks they DONT CARE, write ANY reason for AP they DONT CARE

--------- Efiiling does not get your EAD,AP approved fast, it creates more problems for many best method is still to paper file by mail.

------ better write your Last name in CAPITAL and other names normal, even if you dont write it does not make any diffrence

------Dont forget to attach your driving licence Color copy and Color copy of your first page of the passport that has your Photo, DOB, name on it

As Ginnu mentioned, it may be better at this point of time to mail in your Forms for these applications. I recently applied for my Re-entry Permit (I-131) at the NSC and I received my Receipt notice in just over a week and my check cleared the same day I received my Notice. I had read other threads where there was a problem with E-file EAD/AP where the Credit Card was not charged for a long time and they did not get their Receipt notice either for a long time.

I will evaluate both options. My EAD is expiring on 14th November. But I wanted to apply 4 months in advance to take care of any REF.
