Few questions about I-485/ 864 forms

I am going to send in my application for AOS based on my marriage to a USC soon. I just had a few questions about stuff I wasn't sure of.

On the I-485 where they ask you for "Current Status" will it affect my application if I put down out of status? I came to the US on an F1 visa, but have fallen out of status since I graduated and my I-20 expired in December 05.

My husband currently has 2 jobs, so should he put down names of both the places works at on the I-864, and then the total amount he makes? Also, just started his second job, and doesn't have any pay stubs yet, so will a letter from the employer be enough?

Its a very good idea to be honest on your applications. I have read in some forums that people who were on F-1 earlier but not anymore wrote "Expired F-1" on their forms. F-1 experts here can clarfy more on this. As the spouse of a USC, you will be pardoned for your overstay.

As for I-864, yes, your husband should mention all jobs. If paystubs are not available, letter from employer stating salary, type of work, hours per week would be good enough. Make sure your cover letters explain the contents well.
