I am about to file my application for AOS soon and had a few questions about stuff.- My husband (USC) is going to use his mother ( currently living with us)as a co sponsor cause he needs one. According to what I got from the instructions on the I-864 is that she will be considered a household member and therefore should fill out form 864A instead of 864. my question is on the I-864 should my husband count her as a household member, or not?
- I came to the US as a student and graduated in December 05, therefore Iam currently out of status (expired I-20), so should I put that on my I-485 where they as for the current status?
- Lastly, for the I-130 does my husband need to send in copies of his birth certificate and passport as proof of citizenship?
