few ques. wrt I 130.

can someone pls. help with these questions..............

1.If i have a Birth certifcate do I still need a affidavit of relationship for my parents?
2.will i just need it for my mom or both parents?
3.if my parents do not have a marriage certificate what letter do i need to submit?and where can i find sample letter for the same?
4.if husband and wife apply for 130-I for their respective parents,will it be a problem,as we both will be giving the same home address where the parents intend to live?

If birth certificate mentions both parents name then affidavit is not required
If there is no marriage certicate for your parents then 2 affidavits are required attesting to fact of marriage between your dad and mom. One of the affidavit can be from your dad's relatives side and other from mom's relatives
Follow same route of 2 relative affidavits in case your parents dont have birth certificate
You have to file 2 different I-130's, one for mom and dad
 
marriage cert of parents?

Is marriage certificate of parents required, if father is not alive and only I-130 for mom is filed.
