Few Queries in H-1B Application - Need Help

Hello everybody,


My company is in the process of filing my H-1B application. However we had few queries in the application forms. It would be great if we could get help in that.


I am an Indian citizen and completed my Masters from US in Aug 2009. I joined this company in Sept 2009 under F-1 OPT. Here are the doubts that we have:

I-129 Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker
Part 2: Information about this Petition
1. Requested Nonimmigrant Classification: H-1B1 or H-1B?
2. Basis for Classification: a
3. Petition Receipt Number: N/A
4. Prior Petition: OPT Approval I-797C notice number?
5. Requested Action: b
Part 3: Information about the person(s) you are filing for
1. A number: from OPT EAD card?
2. Current Nonimmigrant Status: F-1 OPT?
2. Date Status Expires: Date on OPT EAD Card?

H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Statement
2. Previous Receipt #: OPT Approval I-797C notice number?

USCIS is rejecting many Fresh H1 petitions, H1 transfer, COS to H1 and asking lot of documents and sending RFE for lot of documents. Request your employer to take the help of good lawyer.
