Filing for myself(EB2) and wife(she is currently on F1)
1) Need to pay $780 correct? (app and biometric .. me and wife)? Does this have to be two separate cheks for $395 each or one check for $780.
2) this one might be stupid..we need to complete a medical examination form I-693 for the wife correct?
3) I am employed with a company. Wife is pursuing Phd on F-1 visa and gets paid regularly from her university. For the wife, do I need to file documentation of support?
4) If yes to above, Form I-864 or I-134?
5) PD is apr 22 2004 (so not current ). but likely soon so want to have docs ready. But there is no saying when the date will become current. what is the window of time in which a completed medical examination form I-693 can be used.. like can one complete 6/8 months before applying? Is there a validity date for such a form?
