Few EAD questions answered

Hey, I just got a fax from my lawyer with a copy of my filled out EAD renewal application. Some days back someone had asked a few questions about EAD renewal, I remember the questions, but not who asked it, so I am posting a new thread.

This is what my form says,

#15. Current immigration status.
H1B Visa (Adjustment of status pending)
#16. Go to part 2 of the instructions, eligibility categories .. blah blah ..

Thanks a ton dude, I plan to file my EAD renewal application tomorrow, myself. Lawyer was asking for 800 bucks!!!

mhj, mine says H1B visa (Haven't visited india for 4 years now). I guess if you used AP, you should mention that.
