Fees while revalidating H-1B, after being temporarily refused

About a year back, I'd send my documents in order to revalidate my H-1B
visa, when I changed my employer. My revalidaton was temporarily refused as
the visa was still valid for another one year. Now, since my visa is going
to expire soon, I need to revalidate it. In the temporary refusal form
221-G, it was mentioned that I can send all my documents directly to the
Washington D.C addresss. I haven't received the refund from the earlier
refusal yet. I was wondering if I should be paying the whole amount again
or the earlier fees could be carried over... I would appreciate if someone
could answer my query...

Money dropped to any state/federal agency is money dropped in the pacific ocean. Dept of State is no different. Spend it again.
