fees were waived become decision was mailed

This is the status change seen in the commercial app. I only saw the decision was mailed in uscis. Many people said that there are two ways to verify. If it shows fees were waived and no i94 information can be found, it means you are approved , now although there are fees were waived, I can still check my i94 information, so who can give me a definite answer, thank you

when you see fee was waived that means you got approved . Congrats

Don’t look at I-94 which does not mean anything at any cases . Approved People reporting different thinga on I-94 . but as long as you see fee was waived that is indication of approval
