Fees for Senior citizen

We are senior citizens. we went throught the citizenship process, our interview was 1 year ago, but we were asked to apply again due to lack of no.of days stay in USA.
My question is
1. Do I have to submit the fees again?
2. Can someone guide us?

There is a new form for waiver of fees I-912.

If you qualify under these instructions send I-912 properly filled with your N-400.

Yes, you have to submit new fee for new application unless you qualify for fee waiver.
