I need to file extension for my parents, whose B2 visa expires on dec 19th. Is the fee $195 per person, or $195 for both of them.
The I-539 form has a supplement, wherein I can put my mom's name and on the main form put my dad's name. But I am confused as to how much should i send, eventhough it is one single form.
Also, I plan to apply sometime in nov middle. Is this time frame good enough ? Please do let me know asap, and thank you very much for your response.
