Feel like USCIS is dangling a carrot in my face...

Yes...GC is one part of life...but there are many wordly things in life..

Just wait for awhile or focus on other things in life. Your hunger will just dissipate and that carrot won't bother your anymore. At least that's what happened to me. A year ago my hopes were raised, but I went back to focussing on bigger issues facing my life at the moment. :)

I do appreciate your views guys...Due to uncertinity in GC processing, one day I do started thinking that whether GC is the ONLY WORDLY & important thing in my life?... and decided to concentarte on other beautiful things in life...

Earlier I used to visit ALL immigration related websites several times in a day, now a days, I am browsing these websites ONLY to keep abreast to see whats happning at NSC......

This fourm is the best & informative, as well it updates me a lot on whats going at all Service centers...

Well said Frodo!

That has been exactly my approach to this whole process. I never let my status stop me from making important moves. I brought a home during this process, changed jobs several times with EAD and the list goes on. I don't think the approval has changed anything in my life other than a slight relief.

Guys,

Can u think of any reason why INS would ask me to send approved copy of i-140 in RFE??
because logically they shud have it in their records/sytem already as they are the one who approved it. I can't seem to understand the logic behing asking this in RFE.

share ideas pls.

Same reason as mine - they lost your I-140 papers.
