You have to write a letter with N-400 requesting a fee waiver and show proof that your household income for past year falls below poverty limit and that you qualify for Medicaid or food stamps in the last 6 months.
As I've answered in your other post, medicaid does not affect your eligibility.
However, the fee waiver request may delay your case a little since they have to verify the evidence before granting the fee waiver.
