Fedex or certified mail for RFE?

Calling those who responded RFE in TX, did you/attorney mailed the package by certified mail to the P.O.Box?

I thought certified mail requires signature confirmation, is there anybody signing for it at P.O.Box?

Our lawyer always uses fedex, not sure anyone will sign or not.

Same case with my attorney firm, they always use FedEx

Don't worry , my RFE answer was submitted thru certified mail (USPS) and was recvd in TSC by someone on a saturday morning , i was tracking the mail thru the USPS website , so relax , everything will work out fine, all the best
