I apologize for my ignorance on this matter as I am new to the process. But I was just wondering whats is the difference in applying as Federal Skilled Worker Vs Quebec Skilled worker. I noticed the times for processing of quebec skilled worker are much less than federal ? Do people prefer one over the other, and if so why ?
