i need if somebody now whow make federal appeal to explain to my asylum appeal before BIA wos dismissed i decied to fill a federal appeal
how its works?
You file an appeal with the federal circuit court of appeal having jurisdiction over your place of residence. A panel of three judges will decide your case. The judges may hear oral argument or may dispose of the appeal on the paper records alone. When reviewing the appeal, the judges will be very deferential to the BIA particularly on questions of fact. Chances of success are not too great.
The federal courts are now getting tons of those appeals.
Consult an attorney and do NOT attempt to navigate this yourself.
You need to hire very good Attorney, not all of them can and are good for federal cases.They cost top $$, and you cant do it by your self .
Otherwise you throwing money down the drain, like I did.
