Kind of strange. March, April and May people are helped and happied out. I\'ve seen just a few people who got RFE, having ND in the beginning of February 01 (Tormoz(z), Javed (still waiting RFE processing)). What the hell is going on? The historical event, when NSC is in process of forgetting that one of the docs boxes is in waiting to be opened?

Guys,

My wife called nsc and she got a feeling of some apology and that case will be expedited. IO assured that case shouold be considered in 3-4 weeks. However not yet assigned to the officer, but "on the way".
Of course, no clarity, but my advise - if you crossed 380 days (as per avm message) - call nsc

March RD Waiters Post Here----How to check case with a#?

Hi all,

I am still waiting. RD March 2001, FP 08/29, EB2.

My stupid company does not give me my case number. Can I use my
A# to track my case? How?
