Hi All,
Just checked my status online and it says RFE was sent on Aug 4th 2003. I am glad by case was touched..Never changed employers since the begining of my GC process. My wife's status still says "FP recd..." My H1 expired on April 17th 2003 and didn't renew it. I am using the EAD because renewing H1 was expensive. Still with the same employer. My wife didn't take MMR shot as we thought she might be pregnant at that time. She did get pregnant later and we have a 3 month old now. Last month I traveled for a week and used my AP to reenter. Again I will be traveling end of this month for a week and planning on using my AP. Not sure what the RFE might be.
