Feb'02 Case Approved

congrats to the luck ones! Do i need to save the scripts to my hd to run? encountered error if runs from the hard drive, but no result if run from website. :confused:
 
Can any one tell me what are these number stand for?

EAC 02-113-53231 (?)
I know 02 is FY02
113 is the working date numbered in FY02
what about the last 5 digits?
