My case is finally approved!!! Heard it on AVM yesterday. I am especially grateful, since I was laid off four months after filing 485. My attorney helped me to transfer my sponsor employer from the old one to my current one, using AC21. It is a success since I got neither RFE nor the dreaded "local office transfer". I was so worried. Now it is over...

I did notify INS. My lawyer prepared a letter explaining the change of employer doesn\'t jeopardize the I485 process according to AC21. I had an EAD but didn\'t use it. I transfered my H-1 just in case. Email me at gc0102@yahoo.com if you are interested in more information.
