My case approved Wife\'s RFE replied for BC affidavits and received by INS on Feb 15 2002

Talked to IIO on Thursday Mar 7 2002. She said it is on its way to an officer should get a notice in 2 weeks or call back
That means approval or another RFE by Mar 22, 2002
99% approval by Mar 15 , 2002 i can bet
Reason i am so confident, is bcos
on Jan 7, 2002 i called in the morning to ask about my case and IIO said will take about 4 more months
That evening it was approved
 
2nd RFE

I replied 1St RFE 9 and received bY AVM on Feb 12.
Heard 2nd RFE issued and mail to us on FEB. 27.
replied 2nd RFE on March 6, track the responses were delivered and sign by T Way INS on March 7. AVM has n\'t update it yet.
Anyone has similar experience? I also only received both me and my daughter\'s 2nd RFE not wife\'s but AVM mentioned my wife\'s RFE was
also was issued on Feb 27.
Any one has similar experience about this?

whats AVM in your wife case say regarding processing times when u replied back with RFE.
mine used to say 330 to 380 and 2 weeks later it changed to 330 -330

what is the 2nd RFE for?

Can you put some details about your 2nd RFE? Is it about your nonimmigrant status? Recently, I heard of some friends talking about that INS requests nonimmigrant status for all family members who apply for I-485?
 
Case Approved!!!

RFE receipt date : 02/18
My case has been approved. As per AVM. My wife`s case is still pending. Don`t they get appoved at the same time? When should we accept the update for my wife, too?
