Folks, I happy to share happy news I heard this morning.
My case and my wife case has been approved based on AVM.
RD 2/14/01
FP 5/09/01
Approved 11/15/01
EAC 01-103-????
Month back AVM changed not found to rcvd application etc.
Checking AVM now and then.
Finally I heard the good news.
Great relief in this market conditions!!!! You know I mean.

I wish good luck to remaining FEB filer and March files and the rest.

Stupid Questions:
1) How long it takes to get written confirmation.
2) Can go for stamping anytime
3) What do I need for stamping, Hopefully my attorney will guide me.
4) Last question, My wife want spend time and relax sometime back in India, What is timeframe one can stay in India to keep green card.
