guys one more this i have notice in the scan sheets of the 105, 112, and other that are avaliable, there are no approval of the people wiht fingerprints in feb and march, there are only approval of people wiht fp in april and onwards, can any one explain me this why this is happening, did they come out with something new to check the fp after march 2002

Your observation is correct. I have also been tracking EAC-02-102-51xxx series. All the approvals with FP date APR & MAY 2002.
I did my FP on Mar'02.

Sounds more problems for us????
 
Yes..I have been following the approval trend + FP date.
I'm tracking 105 Series, and looking at all series, looks like Feb02/Mar02 1st FP's aren't touched which means they should be expecting a 2nd FP notices[as Feb02,Mar02+15months=May03/Jun03 and FP expired]
while Apr02/May02/.. FP'ers are getting approved, as their FP hasn't expired..!!

So Feb02/Mar02 should expect their 2nd FP's
[A colleague of mine with RD:jan2002 and FP:Mar02 got his 2nd FP for 07/03]

Well, My observation went right..
My 2nd FP is on July 31st...
1st FP in Mar2002...!!
 
Guys! trust me . No damn pattern applies to this GC process. I have seen people having FP's in June and Juky getting approved. My FP is in April but I have no approval yet.

FP in May

I had my fp in may but no approval, no RFE yet. I've seen cases approved which had later RD than my case.

FP will made decisive affect to 485 cases

Which will allow BCIS to change some rules to begin new months case.
As far as I know almost 485 cases in August 26, 2002 (ND) had the FP in Oct 2002.
which means BCIS will finish most of them by their expiration date --- 2004 January but no late than Feb.

So they know how they will deal with all the remaining cases.
