Current CSC tracker shows processing for times for 140
April 26th 2005 and 485 as April'01 2005, way past my RD's.
No updates yet, whom should I contact? Does processing
times indicate case has just been opened but not closed?
What is the approx time until 140 gets approved ?

Please share info if you have applied around Feb 2005
timeframe under EB2 CSC.

My lawyer filed a query (March1st RD for 140) . Been 1.5 weeks . Yet to hear. Usually comes in 2-3 weeks after query
 
how long does concurrent EB2 sub-labor, 140 approval take

My lawyer filed an enquiry on June 15th and no response yet. Supposedly
an enquiry against an enquiry can be filed only after 4 weeks, which has been filed.

In general how long does concurrent EB2 sub-labor, 140 approval take at CSC?

The file is under supervisor review. Once the file is cleared by the supervisor, the file will be processed. Do not inquire on this case for at least 30 days.

What does this mean? File under scrutiny?
