Feb 2004 I140 got new "Last Updated" date

Oh, I am so surpised to see my "Last Updated" date moved to July 30, 2004 for both my I140 and I485, which were filed concurrently on Feb 10, 2004.

I know there were similar discussions in another thread but I just want to see if anyone has similar situation and anyone knows what's going to happen?

By the way, I subscribed to receive emails, but I did not receive any emails pretaining to the new Last Updated.

I am sending my detail, infact I have post in earlier thread. My date is not touch,
I140/I485 EB2 RD 20/2004
FP done 04/2004 and resumed also.
AP/EAD approved .

I have one more question which I post today,actually I have to switch to another attorny because my attorney has stopped immigration work. Do you think changing attorney, will create any problem in my case.

Please reply me if you or your friend had similar experience.

Mine is concurrent filed on Feb 2,2004
FP/AP/EAD done.
140/485 pending...

LUD -> 7/13/2004 due to Address changed

Nothing received...

Do not expect too much on this LUD things.
 
I filed EAD In July. I am not sure if that's the reason the LUD is moved? Does anyone has any experience? Do applying for EAD or AP or changing address move LUD?

I do not think there will be impact on your case. I think there is form called G28 that designate your lawyers to represent you in all correspondence. If you have signed it with your previous lawyer, make sure to do another G28 to the current one.

My 485 date moved when I applied AP, but not 140.

I don't think, applying EAD or AP is the reason for LUD change because I applied EAD& AP in April and got approved in June but still my LUD is same Feb-20-2004. I have seen couple of LUD changed in my other colleague cases also but I heard that when they assign file to someone that time LUD is also change so keep your finger cross and wait for approval.

EB2 I140/485 Feb-20-2004
FP done 4/2004 resumed also
EAD & AP 04/2004 approve in June 2004

but no change in LUD

Dev72, if you are CSC EB2, you may want to check out another thread. someone with very similar timeframe with me also got his/her LUD touched. yours is 10 days behind me, so watch it closely.

however, i hope INS is as predictable as how i am calculating here.
 
I think Last updated is just kind of touching/updating the file but it would not mean any progress has been made for the application.

Mine got updated several time. but still waiting for my 140 approval from Feb

One of my friend got approval for 140 within 2 months (consular processing). I couldn't believe for a second but that is fact. She applied after me.

Such an ill luck :eek:

please don't put this type of information because this is public forum and I clicked that link in this impression, that you have put approvals list, if anybody sees in our work, we all will be in problem, 1, green card itself is a problem and pornography will became another problem.

Well yep LUD for 140/485/AP/EAD...Laud**/Lausun**..(though AP & EAD was approved long back) all changed...

Just file AR-11 for change in address

:rolleyes: Nope Nobody needs a lawyer to change address......Real Simple :p
Fill up form AR-11 and send it to
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
USCIS
Change of Address
1084-I South Laurel Road
London, KY 40744

Use FedEx/Courier....that way you have Proof of Delivery........in case u need that for future........for more info Linky :cool:

FYI: My spouse also filled in AR-11 separately
