USCIS e-mail just made my whole day -- our cases has been approved!!!!! After all these years -- wooohoooo!!!!!

As it sayd -- there is still hope at the end of the tunnel!! :)

Maviska -- thanks! The only thing for RFE from me that the HR asked was the 3 months paystubs. So I am assuming the Employment letter was one of it too. For my husband, HR just sent something -- didn't ask me for anything -- so I am assuming that was the marriege certificate. (Yes, I should have asked HR what all was asked -- but as they didn't ask -- I didn't care too much!)

Mavishka -- sent Senator J Kerry's office a letter last year. No one followed up with me on that. So most likely, no action was taken from that office. Beginning of this year, sent a letter to the area congressman -- same result -- no one followed up from that office. So I don't think any of this made any difference.

At the end -- we just waited and waited and eventually tried to put this approval thought at the back of our head. Something like even when I read the approval e-mail this morning, it was just one of the regular things it seemed!

Anyway -- best of luck to everyone waiting. Some things like these are better late then never! :)

I am about to loose my hope now and wondering if they are going to do the same thing like they did to Tufan! :mad:

Did you contact a Senator/Congressman? I hope they don't tranfer our cases. Best of Luck.

Mavishka: I did not contact to anybody till date and don't even planning to do for now since they are just going to say the usual stuff that we have been listening here on this forum.

After seeing these approvals I just think some times who the h**l created this GC process, infact sometimes I also thinks that they play a chit game out there and decide our fates without even thinking that who is waiting for how long to get this... Not to mention everybody have spent money, time and efforts on this. But still there has to be some kind of process like FIFO in place so that people just don't feel they are left out with no reasons.
