Feb 2002 Filer

My RD is 03/04/2002, on 03/19/2003 my case was transferred to local office. So, who knows when .... Maybe earlier than you said ;)
 
I'm surprised myself. Maybe the fact that my second EAD was approved on 03/13/2003 affected that somehow.
 
Feb 2002 cases ??? As of Mar 15 2003, they are working on Nov 2001 cases.

well, it all depends on the speed of vcs.
The maximum speed will be to clear 1 month of backlog per month --> then, at least 3 months from now: around the end of June 2003.

However, the recent speed has shown they cleared only 2 months of backlogs for the last 6 months ---> w/ this speed, we need at least another 9 months to complete ... i.e., December 2003, yes, around christmas time of this year...

AM i too pessimistic ?? Well, could be worse depending on war, etc...
