The online status shows that my wife's case was approved on April 5th.
It has been a long wait for us. My case (Oct 2001 RD) was approved in January 2003. Now the happy days when I can "boss" her around is finally over ...
Her RD is on 02/15/2002. ECN 02119XXXXX. She did her second finger print in October, 2003. No RFE, No local transfer, No contact with Senator or Congressman.
My case was a straightforward "H1B to Labor certificate to I-140 to I-485" case. The process started in October 1999. My wife joined my case in October 2001. I never changed employer. We have been living in Massachusetts throughout the process.
