485: Feb 2002, Approved Nov 2003
FP: July 2003
No AP/EAD (on H1)

My colleagues also got approved. Her 485 was filed in Oct 2001. Good luck to you all!!!!!!!!!

PS:

Edited for correction Oct/2001 not Oct/2003 as mentioned before. My case was EB1-A. Never left USA in last 4 years (not sure that helps in security check or what)

It still seems to me that your 485 is processed faster if you avoid filing for EAD and AP.

So, in my opinion, all employment cases are treated the same.
