Just checked AVM after seeing Feb 01 discussions... can\'t believe it. AVM says my case got approved.

Interesting, even your FP date matches with mine. When did AVM changed for you from "not found" to "Received....."

Those who have a prior PD, will get faster approval than others

They are processing cases with consideration to the PD. Check the info on immitracker and the posting listed here in this disc list.

Spoke to IIO today, she says case is not assigned yet. They are clearing old cases, by which she means old priority date cases.

That\'s my interp, based on what I saw on immitracker info, and those approved notices posted here.
She just told me that they are processing old cases.
 
That\'s not true....

I have seeen some posting with PD Jan 2000 got approved...See all the FEB 2001 approvals...Some are having Jan 2k as PD...

All luck people and having God wishes are getting faster....

I hope we all have that soon...

FP were done 05/01/01. I just copied your message and didn\'t change this row ;-)

AVM was changed about 2 weeks ago from "Not found..." to "Received.."
