you may be right because mine also same as yours but assigned to officer on 11/19/01. Still waiting.
 
I think you are correct. I had the same conclusion.

My PD is 02/2000, RD 02/28, ND 03/08 and FP 08/14 and I have not heard anything yet. I did notice that most of the Feb cases who approved had PD of 1999. Lets see and hope that it goes thru soon...
