Feb 04 Case approved

A co-worker who filed for I-140/I-485 ( Concurrent ) on Feb 13, 2004, EB3 got his I-140 & I-485 approved on Oct 27. Already received his 485 approval notice by mail from USCIS.

Other co-workers who got approvals in the last 2 weeks - Oct 23 RD ( 140/485 both approved 2 weeks ago) and late November 03 ( 140 approved on Oct 27, waiting for 485 ).

I am still waiting for my approvals. No LUD , nothing

EB2
I-140/I-485 - RD ( Nov 10, 03), ND ( Nov 14, 03)
FP - Jan 07. 04
2nd EAD and AP approved.
 
Lost in wating..

Friends who had RD - OCt 23 --- 2003.. When did they do their FP..


My RD is OCt 21 2003 ND is OCt 23 2003 for 40 and 485..

Can y ou post whether they are EB2 or EB 3 --please

Mine is EB2 and I did my FP in Dec 16 2003 they recd the FP on dec 29 2003

This seems that Texas is working simultaneously on october 2003 to Feb 2004 cases. I saw on immigrationwatch.com that Texas is working on April cases as well.

Please let me know when your case is moved as my RD is not far from yours
My RD for 140 & 485 : Nov 17, 2003. No FP for me yet. My wife did her FP in Mar 04.
When did you apply and get your 2nd AP? I applied for 2nd AP on Sep 29, 04 and haven't received it yet.
