well, my turn to share the good news! I have been quite a silent visitor in the forum.
Just received an email (as of 2:00 pm EST) from USCIS that our (I and spouse) cases have been approved on July 15, 2004. Here're the detail: Dates are same for me and spouse unless noted otherwise.
MA - EB3 - VSC
I485-RD:2/14/03 ND:3/10/04 AD:7/15/04
I140-RD:2/14/03 ND:3/17/03 AD:3/27/03
FP1:4/17/03 Appeared as scheduled, not a day early nor late.
EAD1-RD:2/14/03 (RFE for both os us
hotos) AD:6/19/03 Spouse:AD:8/20/03
EAD2(for both of us)-RD:3/17/04 AD:6/29/04
I485:LUD changed 6/29/04 while checking online after the EAD approval. Checked earlier this morning, it was showing the same thing "on April 03 after receiving... process has resumed..." and the LUD was also 6/29/04.
