Feb. '02 - local transfer

Well.. My Feb. '02 case was transferred to Philly today. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but it's better than nothing.. Just a few more months in limbo. Here are a few dates for those who track 'em:

RD: Feb '02
ND: Mar '02 (136 series)
FP1: May '02
FP2: Oct '03

Hopefully, since now special registration is suspended with immediate effect, interview scheduling times at local centers would reduce.

No, just a regular EB3 case. And a pretty straight forward one, in my opinion.. (Of course, my opinions tend not to coincide with the those of the government on many issues lately, but it's a whole different story )

What is probability that they will transfer my case to
Local office after I respond to RFE??

or after RFE they don't transfer to Local office?

What is probability that they will transfer my case to....

I have seen cases being transferred after RFE so the issuance of RFE does not guarantee non-transfer. One can't predict any probability for BCIS related any business.
