I am on H1 well into my 6th year and my company had applied for my GC. I am still waiting for my labor.
My question is how much time can we legally stay if my company plans to lay me OFF?
Hopefully b/c your company has possibly had you for 6 years and is willing to go through the Green Card process for you, that laying you off is not in their plans
