Hi,

I came into US in 2004 on F-1 visa for Master.Discontinued my education and applied for H1 got approved in 2006.
I worked only 6 months in my first year of H1 (i.e 2nd April 07 - 15th Oct 07).

No W2 for 2006.Now I changed my employer, currently working i.e from 22nd Oct 07, I have recent pay stubs under new employer.
I am visiting India in the month end of Jan.For my sister marriage, will there be any problem for me in getting H1 visa stamping if I visit US Embassy in Mexico.

Help me out.

NOTE: From 25th Dec 2004 till now i.e 06th Nov 2007. I didn't leave the country i.e US

Thanks and Waiting for your help.

If any one as the same situation pls,do share with me.

You should get the W2 for your previous employer and fie the 2006 tax return. Moreover, if you haven't worked on H-1B for about a year in the U.S. you have already accredited unlawful presence.

I didn't worked from 1st Oct to 1st April. But from 2nd April onwards I am working now also but a different employer. Didn't worked in 2006...then how can i ask the employer for W2's.

Suggest me please.

You can file a complain to DOL and they would make your company pay you for all those unpaid months. They have sponsored your H1 and they are supposed to Pay the prevailing wages as mentioned.
