FBI says bad FP quality

Help!!!I talked to FBI today about my FP they said the quality is bad and they were not able to process it. Can anyone tell me what to do now? I called up INS global customer service they said you have to ait for further notification from INS.

My 485 application is in VSC but given FP in California INS center.
My FP is processed bu my wife\'s FP does not go thru for bad quality.
Now what to do? Can they continue my 485 approval process without her FP or they will wait untill her FP is thru?

What is the number you called to talk to FBI? I think your wife has to wait till she receives another FP notice from VSC. FBI will inform VSC about the bad quality and VSC will schedule an another FP, not sure about the time frame for this process.
