FBI said they sent our fingerprints to VSC

Hi guys.. we did FP on March 20 and called up FBI somehwere in the next week after that.. they said that they had sent
the results to VSC on 22 itself.. can we safely assume that everything went ok (Assuming we dont have any criminal
record).. like the prints were clear etc etc?
