Here is what i received from FBIName Check office dated- 6/02/05, do you think our name check was cleared

If they are not replying then they should disable the email address? Why give hope of as if the email has been received. It's crazy.

Have you given you second FP recently??? if you then don't you thing they do the Security Check (Finger Print Check, Name Check, etc ) one more time??? How this works really

Name Check Pending....

I called USCIS today and was told my Name Check is pending. Don't know that to do. Have called Lawyer's office, if they can help expedite the Case.

as we have seen approval not based on any order; same goes with FP few ppl have got approval even though FP was more than 15 month old.

I came to know through INFOPASS today that my name check was initiated on September 2004. I don't know how long we have to wait.... It sucks!!!
