My case status is "FP received" since FP was done on 10/05/2004. How can I check if my name check is cleared or not by FBI?

By sending Fax or email, or by calling.
keep ready all info in front of u if u are calling
check old threads or search using 'search' button for fax and phone no , if someone have handy plz post.

Name Check request
E-Mail a request of Name Check status to the following E-Mail address: fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov
In your E-Mail message make sure to provide your full Name, DOB, Alien # and SSN (if applicable).
Wait patently since I do not know how long will take the FBI to respond; I sent my request on 11/16/04 and I have not received a response yet. However, my I-485 has been already approved.
