FBI Name check response date

does anyone know what date ( when email is sent ) is fbi responding to for name check queries ?

You can call and find the processing dates

Hi,
You can call them and ask them which date are the emails being processed for the name check.

Here is the numbers:
FBI name check number 202-324-3625
 
I received a response (name check pending since oct 2003) about one months ago, for my e-mail sent to them on oct 22, 2004.
 
I think they are still working on Last week of Oct 2004 and please remember that there is only one analyst who deals with this emails and I think she only spends probably an hour each day to respond to this emails. So please write to this email only if your case is pending for long due to security check or if you really need to know.

Please just don't send emails just for the heck of it as it will really hurt people who are waiting for long. My 2 Cents!

Who gave u this info???? Can you share the source?
 
I called the FBI Mr.David Hardy's office and the rep told me that they are working on Last week of Oct and First week of Nov 04 cases.

I just received a response to my email request made on Oct 01, 2004!

I sent an email to FBI on November 4th 2004 and got a response back on 28 Feb,

self: The FBI completed a name check for you on December 26, 2002

spouse: The FBI completed a name check for you on December 19, 2002

and I still getting a letter from Vermont that your case is still pending with security checks. I don't know what other security checks are left.


Inquired about the case on 10/22/04, 11/29/2004, 2/14/2005
I140 file date 11/9/02 RFE 3/4/03 Aprove 5/18/03
I485 Receipt date 11/18/02
I485 LUD 6/15/04, 6/16/04, 7/30/04, 11/10/04, 11/11/04, 11/24/04, 11/29/04, 12/14/04, 2/20/05,2/21/05 (no message change)

on December 19, 2002, was it your FIRST FingerPrints or 2nd or 3rd?
You should have received 2nd FP notice in Oct'04? Probably USCIS is waiting the results for 2nd FP.

Just a thought, because I am in same situation. Got reply from FBI regarding 1st FP results but nothing mentioned in email about 2nd FP results.

ANY IDEA WHY?
 
december 26 2002 was the date of my name check completed. My first finger prints where done on jan 07 2003, and the second one were done on jun 2004 and both got cleared the next day.

So Name check is not releated to Finger Prints? It looks like your NameCheck cleared before the Finger Prints.

What number you called to confirm your FingerPrints clearence?
