A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database revealed that requests from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for you and xxx were received on April 20, 2004, and are currently in a pending status. You may be assured that the immigration authorities will be advised upon the completion of your case at the earliest possible date.
The FBI does not normally conduct name checks on children age 14 and under.
